DIRECTIONS FOR RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD IN OWNERS COMMUNITY HUB* (*ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO RESET THEIR PASSWORD AFTER MARCH 30, 2017)
Step 1 Visit www.owners.org – click the MEMBER LOGIN as shown above
Select the “Forgot your password?” link. Step 2 Select the “Forgot your password?” link.
Step 3 Enter your email address. (Note – your email address must match the one that the Owners Association has on file for your account.) Then select “Reset Your Password” to generate an email that will provide a password reset link. Your screen will not change; but go to your email inbox and look for a message with the subject line “Forgot Password from Owners Association — Community Hub”.
Step 4 The body of the email will contain a lengthy password reset link. Click on this link. Note that you can only use this link once. If it fails to work the first time, you must start over repeating all steps to generate a new email and link.
Enter a new password as instructed and select “Submit”. Step 5 Enter a new password as instructed and select “Submit”.
Once your password is reset you will automatically be logged in. Step 6 Once your password is reset you will automatically be logged in. To print your membership card, click on the VIEW MEMBERSHIP CARD icon.
