Did you miss these? January 1, 2015 Hospitalizations, all amputations and all losses of an eye reported within 24 hours down from 72. Fatalities report within 8 hours down from 24 Call local office, 800 number or on-line. Reported hospitalizations will result, at a minimum, an SIR, Supplemental Investigation Report December 1, 2016 Remind employees of how to report injuries & illnesses with impunity.

Electronic Records Submission January 1, 2017 The new submission requirements go into effect for calendar 2016. For employers with 250 employees or more: July 1, 2017 - Form 300A data submitted. July 1, 2018 – Forms 300, 300A and 301 submitted. March 2, 2019 et. seq. - Forms 300, 300A and 301 submitted. For employers with 20-249 employees: July 1, 2018 – Form 300A submitted. March 2, 2019 et. seq. - Form 300A submitted. OSHA is estimating 10 minutes per recordable case to enter the data. Direct access to 301s, potential QA issues(?) Nothing but crickets since May 11, 2016. So far, no information has been shared about the forms, the upload protocols, compatibility with common EMRs, secure sites, etc.
