Pure Faith Center Rationale: Reasons for the proposed project are premised on a survey that there is a need of formal education and practical training of the people and their families on sustainable livelihood. There is a need to educate them on strategies for achieving sustainable economic growth, poverty elevation, and job generalization. There is a need in supporting Vision 2020 of the City of Butuan and in developing idle lands. Finally, there is a need of transforming them to attain leadership and spiritual moral values which results to their life in dignity.
