Collaboration Partnering with the Stakeholder Engagement and Practice Transformation Teams at the Mid-South Practice Transformation Network to invite their ideas and experience. MSPTN involves practices aligned with the Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network, Baptist Memorial Health Care (Memphis), the Safety Net Consortium of Middle Tennessee, and the Mississippi Affiliated Health Network throughout Tennessee, and in Mississippi, Arkansas and Kentucky.
