Muhammad “La derniere prophete de l'islam”

Enfance He was born into a prominent Meccan family His father, Abdullah, died before he was born He lost his mother, Amina, to an illness Muhammad was then raised by his paternal grandfather until adopted by his uncle

La Naissance de l'Islam Muhammad became a merchant and married a prominent businesswoman named Khadijah. Because he was unhappy with the belief system around him, Muhammad often retreated to the mountains for reflection. It is believed that he had his first revelation while meditating alone at Mount Hira. It is believed that the angel Gabriel apeared to him asked him to memorize a verse.

The verse praised God and declared Muhammad a chosen messenger of God. When he returned home, he yearned solely to live for God. He established the Constitution of Medina, which specified Islamic beliefs and citizen rights. After 8 years of war with Meccan tribes, Islam was victorious and conquered Mecca without bloodshed.

Le Dernier Sermon Before his death, Muhammad gave a farewell sermon advising his followers to: Align the solar and lunar calendars Abolish feuds Respect women

Sa Mort In 632, Muhammad died due to an unknown illness By this time, however, the Arabian Peninsula was largely under the influence of Islam Muhammad succeeded in uniting the tribes into a single religious group
