Production Rates Task Crop Rate PER HOUR Notes on the rate Your Name Greenhouse seeding Leeks 2 trays 220 trays including sanitizing trays, making blocks & seeding - based on full leek planting time in 2016 Tom Cabbage & Chinese Cabbage 1.9 trays easier to seed than leeks, but more time making labels and getting 11 seed varieties Katie Other Multiple crops 5 yards Spreading compost, 8 hours on bobcat and 8 hours on manure spreader for 80 yards 61 61 trays per 1.5 yard bag of 101 compost from Morgan Composting Transplanting Lettuce 180 plants Hoophouse lettuce at 6 inch spacing and 6 inch row with clumpy soul and small walkway Kat 40 Sanitize and spray bread trays 12 trays Make soil blocks for 220 bread tray.
