THE EVOLUTION OF THE PRODUCION OF HONEY

HONEY Honey is a sweet and viscous fluid produced by bees from the nectar of flowers

In the twentieth century appeared the first manmade hive with movable combs.

After collecting the combs, they were placed on a mesh to filter the honey. It’s left to drain for one day. The room had to be at 22 º.

Later, the combs were introduced in bags of Arpillería, which are hung to honey fall. Finally it is introduced in a press whose beekeeper honey crushed for ever leak.

HOW DO HONEY IS EXTRACTED TODAY? Currently, the most widely used process for the extraction of honey is spinning, so that the bees can reuse the panels
