Essential Questions What are various sizes of ribbon? What are various materials ribbons are made from?

Introduction Bows are used for various holidays, events, and floral arrangements. Bows are an accessory meaning they are not required for an arrangement. Bows add: Color, Style, Finished look to the arrangement, and can make the arrangement look more expensive.

Selecting Ribbon Single-Faced Ribbon: Has a shiny side and a dull side. Double Faced Ribbon: Both sides are shinny.

Selecting Ribbons Style: Cotton, Velvet, Satin, Nylon, Plastic, Burlap, Paper Twist
