Appraisal Smart – Multirater Module Quickstart Guide for Raters Last updated: 1 March 2016
Step 1. Login To log into the Appraisal Smart System go to: www.appraisal-smart.com There are two login icons on the home page: Client Login (top left) and AU-NZ Client Login (top right). Ask your manager or HR Department which one to use. Type in your Org Code. Ask you manager/HR what your organisation’s is (it is the same for all employees). Type in your User ID and Password. If you don’t know, or have forgotten what they are, click Forgotten your User ID or Password? and enter your work email address in the specified field. Your User ID and Password will then be emailed to you within a few seconds. When you have correctly typed in your Org Code, User ID and Password click Sign In to enter the system.
Step 2. Go to Multirater Appraisals TO DO In your Appraisee role, go to Appraisals >> Multirater Apps TO DO
Step 3. Complete Colleague Questionnaires The employees you have been asked to provide feedback for are listed under “Colleague Appraisals”
Step 4. Complete Self-Appraisal Questionnaire If you’re the employee being appraised, your self-appraisals (if any) are located below the Colleague Appraisals table in the ‘Self-Appraisals” section
