bonito/a = pretty guapo/a = good-looking, handsome generoso/a = generous trabajador/ra = hard-working

honesto/a = honest simpático/a = nice antipático/a = disagreeable joven = young viejo/a = old gordo/a = fat delgado/a = thin

Masculine Feminine Singular -o -a plural -os -as adjectives that end in –e or a consonant do not change for gender.

To make nouns or adjectives plural: if the noun/adjective ends in a vowel, add –s chico – chicos chica - chicas if the noun/adjective ends in a consonant, add –es animal - animales if the noun/adjective ends in a –z, change the –z to –c and add –es. luz – luces vez - veces
