(B) Injector, constructed of a 1-mm syringe, a 26-gauge needle, and a 250-μm metal plunger passing through the needle, which enabled the IDDI loaded inside the needle to be pushed into the vitreous. (Ba, Bb) Two positions of the plunger: tip of the injector’s needle with the plunger inside it and tip of the injector’s needle with the plunger pushed outside, respectively.
