Salary and Instructional Minutes 1. Salary percentages will be effective from July 2015 3% from the LCFF base funding 1% for a change in minutes which basically adds up to 3 min/day since all levels except middle school maximums were state minimums. This gives us a little padding in case of an emergency. New minutes TK-3 : 51000 (agreement that a 90 min/day aide will continue) Grades 4-8 : 55,725 Grades 9-12: 65,400 2. Those on step 25 will move to new step 26

1% One time Incentive 1% based off the new salary schedule but not included on the salary schedule funded by one time professional development money Originally the district wanted 2 days added to the beginning of the year After many sessions we talked them into having a sign off sheet for any PD we do on our own that falls under the LCAP plan, District plan and site plans Required to do a minimum of 7 hours Any P completed from July 1, 2015 that the district has not paid you hourly for Form needs to be turned in by May 31, 2016 Principals will sign off so check with your principal before you do any new PD If there is a disagreement between a unit member a principal, there will be a 4 person committee (2 SGTA- 2 Admin) to determine the validity of the PD
