Guidelines All participants Time for the REM is limited and the agenda is very tight. Items will be tabled as needed for later follow up. Focus on clarifying questions during presentations. Save general questions, challenges, discussion for the end of each presentation. Please focus questions and discussion on the specific topic presented. Please do not multi-task during the project reviews. If presenters stay on schedule, there will be breaks to check email, voicemail, etc.

Guidelines Presenters Stay within time allotments. Highlight key observations and/ or unexpected results. It may not always be necessary to review routine trial methodology in detail. (NB: All documentation will be shared) Be flexible in how much time you spend presenting slides in order to accommodate questions/discussion. Do your best to stay within your allotted time. Program chairs will do their best to manage questions and discussion so that you have enough time to present. You have 10 minutes to present your Key Question summaries. I will stand up when you have two minutes of time remaining. Five minute lightning presentations will be notified with one minute remaining.

Acknowledgements Thank you to all of the University Protocol Leads and University Participants for your efforts in preparing for the Sorghum-Sugarcane Aphid Research Exchange Meeting. We appreciate all the efforts that went into making this event happen and are looking forward to an extremely productive meeting.
