Spring 2017 Membership Requirements 80% Overall Attendance 66% Attendance at Technicals 66% Attendance at General Meetings (3 out of 4) 4.0 Community Service Hours 6.0 Tutoring Hours 10.0 VITA hours 100% Required Fundraising Activities

Grade Requirements 3.0 Overall GPA 3.3 Accounting/Finance/MIS GPA Must be taking upper level business courses to get initiated Sophomores can join but can’t get initiated until after your first semester of junior year

Fees $110 for junior and senior candidates Only if you are a new candidate!! Last semester candidates that are now members you do not need to pay again! $50 for sophomore candidates Only if you are new!!

Deadlines Membership Dues and Application due February 17th Candidate Quiz and Essay Due by February 27th Complete Interview by March 3rd

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Preparing Income Tax Returns for Low Income Families Zeta Theta Chapter’s VITA Program is Nationally Recognized # hours donated, # volunteers, $$ returned to the community

VITA Attendance Policy If You Miss Your Scheduled VITA Time Slot, you will be Docked 4 VITA Hours Time 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Lunch will be provided but breakfast will not! All Members Must Complete At Least 10 Hours of Service VITA Committee Members Must Perform 28 Hours
