PA sends 60.9 % to college right after high school PA Freshman Retention Rate (returning as sophomores) 80% According to U.S. News & World Report: PA graduates 62.9% of those students in 6 years with a Bachelors degree. (2009-2015) Those are 4 year public schools. 11th Nationally.
