Scenarios for all users Add training needs to your 2017 training plan Create and activate an additional training plan Link an internal training course to your training plan Link an external training event to your training plan Mark an attended internal training course as complete Add external learning to your training record Complete a feedback survey for an internal course View your department’s / team’s learning activity (for managers) – training plans and training records View a report listing all courses and listing all users (for administrators and managers)

Additional scenarios Scenarios for Finance Bulk upload of course completions can be run following Finance away day. Replace existing Excel based training records for Finance department. Scenarios for Procurement Manager can create training plans for team members, and team can create own training plans, following annual appraisals. View a report on the demand for courses across the department (for manager). Scenarios for Estates System Administrator or Manager can log in as another user. Create mandatory training courses. View a report on attendance at compliance training with dates of attendance. Scenario for CBS System Administrator or Manager can log in as another user.
