Introduction Disabled persons face many problems in their daily life especially while staying alone at home. According to WHO, around 15% of the world population are physically disabled. They have no ability to execute the complex works without the help of others. With the help of this system, disabled person can control all home apparatus devices automatically. Renewable Energy is used to power up the system.

Contribution Design and develop a home automation system for the physically disabled people to make them self-dependent. Use of smart technology such as smart phone app. Control over home apparatus as well as water tank, door control etc. To use renewable energy as power source.

Literature Review A smart home control system based on timer and speech interaction is discussed in a previous paper. This system is more reliable over that. A paper on a ZigBee-based voice controlled wireless smart home system for an elderly and disabled person is discussed. In this system control over popular android based smartphone is implemented. Another paper on home automation system has been presented .That proposed system has been divided into GSM network, Internet and speech. This system is specially designed for disable persons to control almost all household apparatus using renewable energy. A paper on automatic voice based home Navigation system for the elderly and the physically challenged person has been discussed .However, the main defect of this system is that it is applicable only for wheelchair used persons.

Conclusion This automated system can be helpful for mass people to reduce wastage and saving time. In case of physically disabled persons, water wastage and power consumption is more. Using renewable energy to power up the system can be more acceptable to the users. It is evident from this paper that an individual control home automation system for physically disabled persons can be cheaply made from low-cost locally available components.
