SHARED HEALTH RECORDS Identify use case – maternal and child health Information that are needed to be shared issues National ID Data Privacy Act Access to Data Social/Political/Cultural Reasons for not sharing data Consumer Engagement Provider Support Use Case that will be useful to all stakeholders (Admin, Providers, Patient)

INTEROPERABILITY Where does normalization or standardization occur? Framework is necessary. HIE has to do the standardization due to the differing formats among the health facilities (public and private) Maintenance of the interoperability – will be handled by DOST-ASTI Due to the packets of activities being done, cataloging of these activities will be useful to the HIE initiative Granular data vs. context-based – document instance Network Connectivity
