Journal of Laparoendoscopic & Advanced Surgical Techniques – Pediatric Section UPDATE GOALS Goals For 2017-2018 Have each editorial board member submit at least 3 names of guest reviewers Encourage Board members to recruit articles from their respective countries Each 3-term editorial board member to submit a manuscript (once in his/her three year term) – Dr. Wulkan will be determining editorial board To develop and encourage the submission of representative videos, with articles when appropriate, or to Videoscopy directly. Encourage rapid online review to shorten the time from submission to publication. Manuscript timeline: reviews returned within 3 weeks, accepted papers published within six months of submission Encourage timely reviews from editorial board members
