What’s It About? Games that focus on various educational areas! Introduces children to a wide variety of storytelling methods and subject matters! Simple, audio enhanced navigation! Two main areas (Kids area and Parents & teachers) Geared to ages 3 to 7 years of age!

Why it’s so great! This site is an award winning PBS television series that’s designed to focus on literacy skills of its viewers while allowing children to have fun! The characters are not only playful and fun to learn from, but serve as great role models for younger viewers! Also, the games and the characters are fun and have play specific roles in reinforcing the literacy curriculum!

National State standards Reading skills curricula PeRsOnAl fAvOrItE! One of my ultimate favorites is that there’s a teachers’ domain where the website states National State standards Reading skills curricula Literacy units Take-home sheets, certificates, family activity booklets, booklets, etc.

pErSonAl FaVoRiTe #2! This Site is awesome for not just kids to play on, but for the whole family to interact with eachother with activity booklets and read aloud books! Also, there are literacy tips and videos on how to encourage your little reader!

PERSONAL FAVORITE #3! I love that this site is audio enhanced allowing children with any disabilities a fair chance! Even though they can’t see the letter’s the can hear stories and letter sounds or if they cannot hear, the child will be able to see the flashing letters and play the games as well as color free printable books!!

Conclusion!!!!!! Conclusion!!!!!! In conclusion this website is great for ages 3 to 7 year olds, families and educators!! It focuses on children’s developing literacy skills The sites goal is to have each user become successful readers! There are literacy tips & read-aloud books for families to enjoy together for FREE!!! Educators can use this site for their lessons and have their students log on for FREE!!!
