DPI Vehicle Fleet Management OP-7 Change Work Orders IW32 Use this procedure to add additional operations to a work order, add mileage info to the header or to Teco a MI (30-day) work order. From the SAP R/3 System Easy Access screen or from your favorites, enter or select transaction code IW32. Click or press Enter. The Change Order: Initial Screen displays. In the Order field, enter the Work Order number. Click or press Enter. The Change DPI [type] Order XXXXXXXXXXX: Central Header screen displays. Header data tab displays Make any necessary changes You can change any field that is not grayed out. To add an operation: Select the Operations tab Add operation(s) and VMRS code(s) Click to save changes. To TECO a MI (30-day) work order: Add mileage information to the header Click .
