Before the lesson Complete a two minute free write about what you typically eat in a day for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Malnutrition impacts people worldwide, not just those who live in poverty! Malnutrition can be the result of eating too little, eating too much, or eating the wrong kids of foods. Malnutrition is both undernutrition and overnutrition
