Scheme Mechanics Eligibility: Child should be with the age group of 14-18 years Child should be in class 10th or 12th Scheme applicable for academic year 2015-16 Minimum % eligibility: 75% How to apply: Member will Fill the scholarship application form available at the Dealerships or download it from program website Attested mark sheets as performance proof will be attached to the scholarship form Member can send the form directly to the Program center or can ask the dealership to send it to the program center Collation of report by program center Program center will have a pre-defined conversion table for grades Forms with missing information will be rejected Selection Criteria: Region wise: % Achievement: Marks Obtained/Total Marks(Grades will be converted to pre-defined %) Winners will be selected from the entire base if sufficient region wise data is not available

Scholarship cheques will be made in the name of the Member’s children Process of Selection Member will fill a form providing their details and their children’s details Forms with attested copies of mark sheets will be sent to the program center (The form has to be duly signed and stamped by the member) Forms received at the program center will be collated and a report will be shared with TATA Motors HO team HO team at TATA Motors will form a jury to shortlist and select the candidates for the scholarship Scholarship cheques will be made in the name of the Member’s children Children shortlisted for the scholarship will get a scholarship certificate along with the cheque

Announcement of Winner A signed letter from Tata Motors will be sent to the winner Personal call and SMS will be sent to the winner from Tata Motors Call Center
