Romans Paul in Rome Lesson 1 4th Quarter 2017

‘First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.’ Romans 1:8 

‘In his epistle to the Romans, Paul set forth the great principles of the gospel. He stated his position on the questions which were agitating the Jewish and the Gentile churches, and showed that the hopes and promises which had once belonged especially to the Jews were now offered to the Gentiles also.’ AA p373.2 Sunday

the called of Jesus Christ: Concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;  And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:  By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for His name:  Among whom are you also the called of Jesus Christ:  Romans 1:3-6
