A completed Action Plan. 5 GOLD: Carry out an out of hours audit or a ‘name and shame’ or ‘name and reward’ exercise to suit the department. For example, during times of low attendance cards could be left on people’s desks who have left lights or PCs on. Or chocolates/thank you notes could be given to those that do turn off. Or you could go round offices just before or after most people arrive/leave and note down items which have been left on.
