Go Green Workbook Jan 2017: Auditing ACTIVITIES EVIDENCE POINTS BRONZE: Champions have carried out an audit of their offices using the attached Audit checklist. This can also include any shared kitchens and toilets. A completed Audit Checklist. 2 SILVER: An action plan has been completed after the audit using the attached Action Plan document, which details areas of improvement, responsibility and timescales. A completed Action Plan. 5 GOLD: Carry out an out of hours audit or a ‘name and shame’ or ‘name and reward’ exercise to suit the department. For example, during times of low attendance cards could be left on people’s desks who have left lights or PCs on. Or chocolates/thank you notes could be given to those that do turn off. Or you could go round offices just before or after most people arrive/leave and note down items which have been left on. Photo evidence or description of activity carried out and results. 10 BONUS: Champions or their colleagues have taken part in the ‘Take the Stairs’ Challenge. Email Liz to register for this.  Completed spreadsheet/total number of steps must be sent to Liz at the end of Jan. 3 Total points available: 20
