Figurative language is a word or phrase that does not have its normal everyday, literal meaning. It is used by the writer for the sake of comparison or dramatic effect. Figurative language

All teams will hold up their answers. If you are correct, your team will get the opportunity to shoot the correct response into the trashcan from a 1, 2, or 3 point line.
