How does the tool fit in the overall process ? Evaluate the digital resource using the content evaluation tool [RUBRIC] Is the tool or similar tool / app already in the FCS Marketplace? Initiate review NO YES END / Select Digital Content from Marketplace Passing Score APPROVED APPROVED Presented to the FCS Application Governance Council for Approval Digital content / app is added to the MARKETPLACE Technical and Legal Review DENIED DENIED Failing Score DISCARD TOOL / BEGIN AGAIN

PROCESS OVERVIEW Identify resource Check to make sure a similar application is not already available If not, the vendor must sign the FCS SOFTWARE SERVICES AGREEMENT. Upload the signed FCS SOFTWARE SERVICES AGREEMENT to the FCS Marketplace portal page.  

ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY: FCS LEGAL TEAM INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CURRICULUM DIRECTORS *The application will not be added to the marketplace if rejected by any of the above.
