ITAC is the NYC chapter of the New York Manufacturing Extension Partnership network. The Lobster Place (TLP) Family-run seafood processing business serving wholesale and retail customers in the Tri-State area Over the last five years, ITAC has worked with TLP on initiatives aimed at transforming the company: strategic advising, recruitment, HACCP and marketing ITAC recently assisted in TLP’s facility relocation through its proven GrowSMART methodology for project planning and management to: Decide whether to proceed with the relocation “Right-size” their organization Define facility requirements and plan layout Select financing options Investigate city/state/federal incentive programs Search and select a facility Design and build Manage and control their inventory Plan, move and occupy On their more recent survey, TLP reported $2M in increased sales, $7.7M in plant & equipment new investments + 5 new jobs in 2016 thanks to their work with ITAC
