Low Level Road Project – Traffic Management Meeting August 2012 Construction Update Local Residents Meeting (500-600 Block East 1st) April 10, 2013 Welcome: Good afternoon everyone. Thank you for attending this meeting as part of preliminary traffic management planning for the Low Level Road Project.

Low Level Road Project – Traffic Management Meeting August 2012 Meeting Agenda Topic Welcome/Introductions Construction Sequencing and What to Expect Schedule Key Contacts Pre-Condition Surveys Closing Remarks Meeting Agenda: Today’s meeting will consist of a presentation that is approximately 25 minutes in length. Then after some brief questions for clarification, we will break out into smaller groups to discuss in more detail some of the specific traffic staging and related traffic management ideas. Each group will have the opportunity to discuss all aspects of the traffic management, but it’s expected that some groups will want to focus more on specific areas, and that’s ok. After about an hour, groups will provide a brief summary of their discussion and then we will have a plenary discussion/QA session At the end of the meeting, we are also hoping you will take a few minutes to complete a feedback form that will give us some more specific information about your business’s specific interests and needs and give you with an opportunity to provide more detailed comments on the discussion topics. The session will take up to about 2.5 hours, and we will finish on time. Introductions: Before we begin, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the project team representatives that are here today…. If group is small enough, do full intros, otherwise leave participant intros to small group work. Thank you everyone. And now, over to Richard Lyell, the project manager, to walk us through the presentation.
