Session Goals Participants will: Recognize the important role a statewide intermediary can play in advancing a large scale English Learner (EL) Initiative. Learn how to leverage partner assets when developing educational resources Understand the components of the Pennsylvania ELL Differentiation Tool and how it supports educators of ELs
