Want DISC? 1. Employee logs in to LMS system to request a DISC assessment. 2. Auto email sent to GuildU including employee name, title, cost center & reason for wanting the assessment. 3. Certified Trainer contacts manager for assessment approval. 4. Next action depends on Managers Response 4a. Manager approves and has taken DISC themselves. 4b. Manager approves , however hasn’t taken DISC personally. Trainer recommends Manager completes DISC assessment first. 4c. Manager approves 5. Trainer sends online link to employee along with an email with instructions on how to complete the assessments, top tips, and action item to complete page 8 and send back to trainer. 6. Employee completes online assessment and page 8 and sends their page 8 to trainer. 7. 1-on-1 coaching session is scheduled and completed with employee.
