The COPERT ‘team’ The EEA funds ETC/ACC to perform the technical software development of COPERT to incorporate e.g. new features, new scientific data etc. EEA also funds the COPERT website, the regular updating of the EMEP EEA Emission Inventory Guidebook road transport chapter, COPERT helpdesk etc The JRC IES (Ispra) funds the scientific research studies & reviews, vehicle emission measurement programmes etc that provide much of the underpinning information used in COPERT (e.g. new EFs, emission estimation algorithms, model uncertainty assessment…). The ETC/ACC is a consortia of 11 partners across Europe that supports the work of EEA and our EIONET network. The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki lead on COPERT work. They are the ones doing all the work(!)…
