Pre-Visit The school office will issue parents with deposit requests, medical and dietary requirement forms and closer the time, kit lists. Parents can pay for the trip in instalments. Children will be drip-fed Sayers Croft information throughout the year, including photos, past recounts and exploring the website. Close to the trip, children will be shown itineraries, room plans, coach lists etc. Every aspect of the trip is planned several months in advance and will be vetted and signed off by the KCC Outdoor Learning Team. Sayers Croft is an approved Outdoor Education Provider and currently holds a Quality Mark. Another parent information session will be offered in March 2018.

During the Visit The school office will inform parents that we have arrived safely at Sayers Croft, and again just before we depart Sayers Croft on the Friday. If we will be late back to school, further communication will be made to parents. During the three days, Twitter and our school website will be updated with photos from all three classes. If any communication is required between parents and people attending the trip, this is all carried out through our school office.
