This fee reflects a waiver of 0.30% per year of the management fee. Wells Fargo may terminate any fee waivers at any time upon 45 days advance written notice and increase the fee up to a maximum of 0.80%; expenses are capped at 0.25%. Fee debits are reflected in the daily net asset value of the shares of each fund. In addition, Wells Fargo credits participants’ accounts for compensation paid to it or its affiliates for services performed for the funds included in the AdviceTrack program, including shareholder servicing fees, and in the case of Wells Fargo Advantage Funds®, investment advisory fees as disclosed in the prospectus for the fund. These fee credits are also reflected in the daily net asset value of the shares of each fund. Other mutual fund expenses and fees may apply.
