Invaluable or Invisible? That you learn life skills and keeping alive home traditions that have lost popularity That my teachers always find a way to make lessons fun even if doing written work. Making food that you can take home. Also we have the best food tech teacher in the world Making the food because it is fun Well I always make small meals for my self at home if needed but they have always been either ready cooked or easy to make but now I can make proper meals by my self. Better than other subjects It's fun being able to learn and cook recipes then go home with food and a recipe you can use again My favourite thing about learning in HFT is the fun but productive learning environment. Fun, Supportive learning environment with my peers. Good relationship with teacher, so I feel like I can ask for help if I need it. Learning skills which can be used in the future and applied in different subjects, for example research skills; cooking skills and knowledge of nutrients. The best thing is that it is fun and enjoyable which makes learning easier and it also motivates me. We are learning skills for life so it is REAL stuff we are dealing with and it can relate easily to everyday living. You can use the recipes you've learned at home. It teaches you techniques to ensure a good cakes that you will enjoy.
