THE PLANNING STRATEGIC The planning strategic is an exciting process that allows to an organization to be proactive instead of it reactivates in the formulation of his future. Any company designs strategic plans for the achievement of his aims and raised goals, these plans can be to short, medium and long term, according to the extent and magnitude of the company, that is to say, his size, since this implies that quantity of plans and activities must execute every operative unit, already be of top levels or low levels. To come to a successful conclusion after the application of a strategy, there is important the commitment of all the parts of the company, this implies realizing a very good coordinated teamwork.

Also it is important to indicate that the company must need with accuracy and care the mission to the one that goes away to continue, the mission is fundamental, since this one represents the operative functions that go away is necessary to execute on the market and to supply the consumers. Some texts add that the strategic planning is more an art than a science, base this the fact that to develop it intelligent questions have to be elaborated, explore possible answers, experiment with possible solutions and return to begin the strategic process evaluating the answers obtained of last period. The excellent companies know how to adapt and to be answered to the continuous changes of the market, since they practice the art of the strategic planning orientated towards the market. The strategic planning orientated towards the market is the administrative process of developing and supporting a viable relation between the aims and resources of the organization and the changeable opportunities of the market. The aim of the strategic planning is to shape and to remodel the business and products of the company, so that they combine to produce a satisfactory development and usefulness. The intention of the strategic planning is to contribute that the company selects and organizes his business so that it is kept healthy in spite of possible unexpected, slightly favorable events, in any of his specific business or lines of products.

Three basic concepts defined the planning strategic: The first one needed that the business of the company were managing the affairs as portfolio of investments. The problem was to determine what business they deserve to be structured, supported, suppressed in some phases, or concluded. Every business offers a different potential as for generating usefulness, by what the resources of the organization must be orientated in agreement by the potential that every business offers; The second concept consists of evaluating accurately the potential to generate usefulness to future of every business, considering the rate of growth of the market, as well as the position of the organization. The third point is that of the strategy; for each of the business, the company must develop a plan of game to achieve his long-term aims. Every company must determine what is the most important thing in the light of his industrial position and his aims, opportunities and resources.

PROCESS OF PLANNING STRATEGIC To initiate Planning Strategic process of debit to have well in clearly in that it is and of what it consists. Some authors it defines it as a process that begins with the establishment of goals organizational, to define strategies and policies to achieve these goals, and develops plans detailed to assure the implantation of the strategies and this way to obtain the Finnish thing looked. Also it is a process to decide in advance that type of efforts of planning owes of be doing, when and how it has to of carries out, the one who will carry out it, and what will be done by the results. The strategic planning is systematic to the effect that it is organized and led by basis to an understood reality. The companies define it as a constant, flexible and integral process, which generates a capacity of direction. Capacity that gives to the executives the possibility of defining the evolution that his organization must follow to take advantage, depending on his internal situation, of the current and future opportunities of the environment.

A plan simply is the strategic position that a company will take before a specific situation, already be to short, medium or long term. This position will have to bear in mind the following questions whom must I direct myself as clients?, what products and services must I offer them? And how to do this? Unfortunately a position never remains the only and attractive forever, this one must be studied, evaluate and do the pertinent corrections to him and in most succeeded of the cases to change. Of this form we can conclude that without the planning a company would not have clear, precise, measurable and obtainable goals. That any company needs a mission which is the one that gives him a direction for which going.
