Pad cleaning process thru Lint free cloth

Stage & Line – LCD & Camera Pad cleaning on all feature phone.  Process – Pad cleaning process thru cleaning tool. Tool Require – Cleaning toll as shown in pic. Review the slide.

1. Clean cloth 2. Fold 1 time to cloth in downward direction  Size of cloth – Check cloth before use, it should be clean before use. 95MM 95MM 100MM 50MM 1. Clean cloth 2. Fold 1 time to cloth in downward direction 47.5MM Review the slide. 3. Again fold the cloth in left direction 50MM

Sr. Point Responsibility Frequency Remark 1. Cloth should be clean before use. Line leader / Maintenance Before use 2. Cloth size & folding should be as per defined process. Maintenance During making 3. Cloth of tool should be changed after 2 hour. Line leader 4 times in shift. 4. Use IPA after 3 handsets LCD & Camera pad cleaning After 3 handsets cleaning 5. Check cloth shouldn’t be wear & tear in every hour. PQC & Line leader 8 times in a shift 6. Cleaning tool should be used for cleaning - Review the slide.
