Source of information is accumulated team member’s experience and internet research. What is Structured Reflection? Structured Reflection is a process to reflect team performance in a systematic and timely manner. Why is Structured Reflection required? Structured reflection technique facilitates positively to help team in achieving their goals. How Structured Reflection can be Implemented: There should be facilitator. Role of Facilitator can be assigned to any team member or can be performed by Team Leader.
