Presentation transcript:

CNRAD dosimetry and Summary of the TS Summary of the Technical Stop Installation have been performed the 10th of November. CNGS last slot - beam started on the 11th of November at 17:51 End of last slot scheduled on the 21st of November. Next access will be probably at the beginning of December (to be defined with RP and CNGS coordinator) Installation and removal of Equipment TSG45 Installation of the BPM component test in position 451. N. B: No connection for some optical fibers (control room → TSG4 stations). Test of optical fiber connections from control room to TSG during the next TS. urhustkhrsejrn

CNRAD dosimetry and Summary of the TS Installation and removal of Equipment TSG46 Removed PLC equipment: The PLC and PC became inaccessible a few hours after the start of the radiations  no analyse possible. Removed QPS equipment from position 464 : Test during slot 4 and 5 did not revealed any failures. The installed equipment worked correctly. Installation of QPS equipment in position 463: PhotoMOS AQW210EH: check for radiation induced fast transients. “BricoFIP” test; automatic power cycle of uFIP chip after loss of communication Test of Ethernet Switch and Wifi cancelled by user due to the uncertainty of the beam intensity for the last slot and due to required modifications for the test setup. urhustkhrsejrn

CNRAD dosimetry and Summary of the TS BLM detectors: Not monitoring Disconnected BPM components Station1: 1 NE48 2 optical fibers Station2: 4 optical fibers QPS Station4: WorldFIP PCI 1 MHz LED warning signs Station2: 1 NE48 1 Ethernet connection for Webcam 1 CB50 for remote reset of the webcam Camera located below Station2 where the radiation field should be low enough to avoid radiation damage
