LESSON 5 Learning Objective 1 Learning Objective 2 Did you know….? Complete the Python Adventure Challenge Adapt the coding in the Adventure Challenge to make your game unique. Learning Objective 1 Learning Objective 2 Not all snakes inject their venom through biting… some snakes can spit their venom at their prey from nearly 10 feet away! Did you know….?

Complete the Adventure Challenge You have designed an adventure story which you are going to make in Python. Your story will have points in it where the reader will be required to make a decision which could decide the fate of the main character! Today you will experiment with some of the coding that you can use when you make your own stories. Complete the Adventure Challenge Adapt your game and experiment with finding new things that you can demonstrate

Python Adventure Challenge Using the same website as the Python Poem Challenge; work through the “Python Adventure” tasks in order to create your interactive adventure story. Remember to follow the instructions carefully, but don’t be afraid to experiment with the coding to suit your own needs! If something you have tried doesn’t work.. Go back and edit it! If you get stuck, try retracing your steps and examining your code. If all else fails, ask for help! 6 Complete the Adventure Challenge Adapt your game and experiment with finding new things that you can demonstrate

Complete the Adventure Challenge Show time! 6 Show your friends your game. Get them to test it to make sure it works how you intended it to! Explain to your peers what changes you made to the default code that you were given to make your game your own. Did you encounter any difficulties along the way? Complete the Adventure Challenge Adapt your game and experiment with finding new things that you can demonstrate
