Medium Density Residential Mainly single family homes with medium to large size yards

Commerical Shopping districts, malls etc. Land primarily used to sell products or run buisinesses

Industrial Land used for factories, shipping storage etc. Land is use to manufacture and transport goods

Institutional Large Govermental and private institutions Mainly government buildings and academic campuses

Open Space Area left undeveloped- can be planned (park) or unplanned (forests and rock cover)
