Must Preach Against False Doctrine 1 Timothy 4:7 “reject profane and old wives’ fables” Matthew 15:3-9 – Pharisees taught false doctrines – originate in the Minds Of Men 1 Timothy 1:3,4 “teach no other doctrine” What would w call a doctrine that was not the doctrine of Jesus Christ? FALSE DOCTRINE!

Must Preach Against False Doctrine 1 Timothy 6:3-5 “From such withdraw yourself” “Unsound Words”: “he is proud, knowing nothing, but obsessed with disputes and arguments over words” Goal of Preaching the Gospel to Save Souls Romans 6:17,18

If Jesus and Paul Condemned False Doctrines, So Must I Specifically: “Salvation By Faith Only” – James 2:24 “Sprinkling For Baptism” – Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12; Acts 8:38,39 “Baptism Because of The Remission of Sins” – Acts 2:38 “for the remission of sins” “FOR” looks to the futures How can we neglect to preach against such false doctrines?

If Jesus and Paul Condemned False Doctrines, So Must I Christian Science, Mormonism, Atheism, Denominationalism, Modern Fads such as Faith Healing, Speaking in Tongues, etc.

Must Preach Against Lusts Of The Flesh 1 Peter 2:11,12 “abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul” Romans 13:12-14 “let us cast off the works of darkness” “make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts” Galatians 5:16-21 “works of the flesh” Why? “Those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God”

What are you teaching by the way you live and the words you say each day? It is not enough to simply state the FACTS of the gospel and HOPE people will SEE the ERROR whenever it attacks them According to the divine pattern, we must also preach AGAINST that which is FALSE
