Today I am going to talk to you about one of my pets.

My pet is a turtle and its name is Jenny Pearl.

My father had bought me the turtle when I was in Kinder 2.

Jenny Pearl lives in this big container along with two other turtles.

Turtles eat mostly in summer and on the other hand they sleep through most of the winter season – this is called hibernation.

I take my pet once a year to school to be Blessed by the Għajnsielem Archpriest during the feast of Saint Francis of Assisi.
