Introduction of Candidates Candidates for... District Governor District Secretary District Treasurer International Endorsement We would now like to introduce to you the candidates that will be seeking office for the following positions:

Caucus Session One caucus room What is a caucus room? Ask thought provoking questions Each candidate has limited time for both speech and caucus PIE Chair is the Chair How do you intend? A caucus room is where you will hear the candidate’s speeches and ask questions.

House of Delegates What is the House of Delegates? What happens at House of Delegates? Forum for the final candidates of each office to present their final message to the delegates. Membership of the House of Delegates shall be made up of delegates-at-large and two delegates from each club Each final candidate will be asked two questions by the current officers Nominating Conference will take place

District Governor Is a liaison Trains the District Board of Trustees Communicates with District Board Creates monthly publications Serves as chief executive of CNH District Appoints all committees Presides over District Convention and District Board Meetings Liaison between Key Club International, District officers and members Trains the District Board of Trustees Communicates with District Board members and creates monthly publications for their benefit Serves as chief executive of CNH District Appoints all standing committees Presides over District Convention and District Board Meetings The District Governor represents us on the Rose Float at the Rose Float Parade in Pasadena. The first District Governor was from Oakland Technical High (Shout out to the KIWIS) The Governor is a member of the International Council.

District Secretary Record-keeper Division Monthly Report Forms Trains District Board of Trustees Creates monthly publications Must attend assigned events Works with club secretaries and creates bi-monthly publications Record-keeper for all clubs in CNH Reviews all Division Monthly Report Forms Trains District Board of Trustees and creates monthly publications for them Must attend Key Club District Conventions, District Officer Conference, all Board Meetings and Trainings and assigned RTCs Works with club secretaries and creates bi-monthly publications for them The District Secretary records the minutes/notes for every official district event. District Secretary keeps track of our numbers: service hours, funds raised, and etc.

District Treasurer Manages the budget Voucher forms Trains the District Board of Trustees Creates monthly newsletters Works with club treasurers Must attend all assigned events Manages the CNH Key Club District’s budget Keeps track of all voucher forms Trains the District Board of Trustees and provides them with monthly newsletters Works with club treasurers and provides them with monthly newsletters Must attend 2 Key Club District Conventions, District Officer Training Conference, all Board Trainings and Meetings, and assigned RTCS The District Treasurer makes the budget for the whole year! The District Treasurer is your go-to-person for dues!
