Accreditation Statements This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the Tift Regional Medical Center, the Georgia Department of Public Health Region L, and Southwest Georgia Area Health Education Center(SOWEGA-AHEC). “Tift Regional Medical Center is accredited by the Medical Association of Georgia to provide continuing medical education for physicians.” The Georgia Board of Nursing deems Southwest Georgia Area Health Education Center (SOWEGA-AHEC) as an acceptable provider for continuing education (CE). EMS Credits are awarded by the Georgia Department of Public Health Office of Emergency Medical Services
