“Grab Your Hat and Read with the Cat” Celebrate the joy of reading! March 3, 2014 is Read Across America Day. Make sure to stop by the Library to take a guess on the Goldfish for:

~Motivating children of all ages, to read, is an important factor in student achievement and creating lifelong successful readers. ~Research has shown that children who are motivated and spend more time reading do better in school. ~Is there anyone who could motivate you better than your very own Mr. Kirk? ~Stay tuned to catch a glimpse of Mr. Kirk reading, “The Fox in Socks” by Dr. Seuss. ~You may also find Administrators during the passing period holding their favorite Dr. Seuss book!
