e-Mentoring Where are we in the process and next steps Tender – received four bids, working globally with CASE offices CASE Europe Annual Conference 2015 Announce selected platform Launch a pilot with Fundraisers in advance of wider CASE Europe community Pilot for three months Develop short-term goal for pilot group: report on the effectiveness of the e-mentoring relationship and platform (e.g. career mapping, short organisational project, change management, upskilling) Roll out the programme to member community Global connectivity, across types of institutions and disciplines
