Shared Services Avoided Costs to the Montrose Recreation District: in excess of $100,000 Estimated avoided annual costs to the City of Delta are $17,000 Estimated avoided costs to the Town of Ouray are $3,000 to $4,000 annually The total avoided costs to all participating at METSA is expected to exceed $130,000 annually Animal shelter services estimated annual avoided costs for all of the agencies combined exceeds $100,000

What is a Community Development Block Grant? Directly benefit low- and moderate-income individuals with Housing better living environments, or expanded economic opportunities. Nonprofits are ineligible for funding.
