Cover Page Content: Your cover should have the following basic elements in writing somewhere on the cover and easily readable: The name of the course The words: Interactive Student Notebook The class period The school year Teacher’s Name Your name You may place these elements anywhere on the cover as long as they can be easily identified.

Page One- Author Page Requirements Full name A little about yourself Your goals for the year Label the page “Author’s Page” as well as the page number

Policies Care and upkeep of notebook is student’s responsibility! Notebook must be brought to class daily as it is materials Notebook will be assessed at least once a month at the discretion of the teacher
