We are pleased to provide our valued customers with this new tool. Online input provides immediate verification that your instructions were received. Customers may view their input to ensure accurate instructions are provided. Process is secure and easy. Email notification will be provided when shipment has been dispatched to the trucker. After entering your User ID and Password, click here to complete the Login process Please note that your User I.D. and Password are Case Sensitive. Failure to enter your User I.D. and password exactly as they are created will prevent you from gaining access into the site.

For one-time location select “Save”. Enter delivery order information in the corresponding fields and save the entry. See the following slides for instruction on these options. Select “Clear” to remove all data and begin new input. For one-time location select “Save”. Select “Delete” to cancel delivery order information entered. *This can be done at any time until RCSC has sent work order to truck dept.*

Enter delivery order information in the corresponding fields and save the entry. For the same location to be used on ALL shipments to the city; per the service contract number listed on the B/L Select “Save as Default”. i.e. City: Bolingbrook, IL - Svc Contract 091234 - Deliver to ABC Whse This will populate the “default” delivery address information automatically when the registered user has a B/L to this city under this S/C# and only the “Save” icon will need to be selected in order to confirm data.

Working with “Template” delivery order functions. Enter delivery order information in the corresponding fields and save the entry. Working with “Template” delivery order functions. How to Select Template When working with a new B/L and you wish to use a saved template delivery order; select icon “Please select Template”. That will generate a pop-up box (shown below) of your templates. Select the desired template from your list and all delivery order data will populate in appropriate fields. Select “Save” icon at the bottom of the screen to confirm input. How to Save Template After input of delivery order data, input a template name and than select the “Save” icon.

xxxxxxxxxx After entry of delivery order data and appropriate “Save” function is selected, a pop-up will appear to indicate successful save of data.

To confirm entry status you can input the B/L and view data in the “Submitted” field. There will be a user/date/time stamp. Once a container has been sent to our Trucking Department by one of the CSR’s a user/date/time stamp will show in the “Container Dispatch Sent” field. xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx
